Wildflower Honey

from $10.00

Wildflower honey is exactly what it sounds like. Derived from a variety of wildflowers and plants which are blooming during the spring, summer and fall months. It’s a thicker honey and the taste varies from month to month and year to year based on what’s in bloom. This honey has a delightful taste and is darker in color than, say, linden. Darker honey has more vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant properties compared to lighter honey. You can just call it delicious. The overwhelming majority of our honey is wildflower. The majority of our Wildflower Honey is sourced from our hives located in Westchester, New York and Fairfield County, Connecticut.
